<\/strong><\/p>\nbluesunpv.com.ua<\/strong> operates in full compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and guarantees customers the right to return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receiving the order.<\/p>\n The customer may return or exchange goods (including lithium batteries and inverters) if the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n the product is not included in the list of non-returnable items;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n the product was not used, is fully complete, and the packaging is intact (opened packaging is acceptable if the product is undamaged);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n original factory seals, labels, and serial numbers are preserved;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n the original receipt or invoice and warranty card (if applicable) are available;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n no more than 14 days have passed since the item was received.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The seller may refuse the return if any of the above conditions are not met.<\/p>\n If the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault, it can be exchanged, repaired, or refunded in accordance with the law. To initiate this process:<\/p>\n Send photos or a video clearly showing the defect.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Contact our manager to arrange the return.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fill out the online return request form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n Bring the product in person to our pickup point (Kyiv, Valeria Lobanovskoho Ave., 56\/21A).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ship the item via Nova Poshta and send us the tracking number (TTN).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Important:<\/strong> Once we receive the return, the product undergoes a visual inspection. A Transfer Report<\/strong> and Inspection Report<\/strong> are prepared, and the process may be video recorded.
