Product exchange and return

bluesunpv.com.ua operates in full compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” and guarantees customers the right to return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
The customer may return or exchange goods (including lithium batteries and inverters) if the following conditions are met:
the product is not included in the list of non-returnable items;
the product was not used, is fully complete, and the packaging is intact (opened packaging is acceptable if the product is undamaged);
original factory seals, labels, and serial numbers are preserved;
the original receipt or invoice and warranty card (if applicable) are available;
no more than 14 days have passed since the item was received.
The seller may refuse the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
Return of Defective Goods:
If the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault, it can be exchanged, repaired, or refunded in accordance with the law. To initiate this process:
Send photos or a video clearly showing the defect.
Contact our manager to arrange the return.
Fill out the online return request form.
How to Return an Item:
Bring the product in person to our pickup point (Kyiv, Valeria Lobanovskoho Ave., 56/21A).
Ship the item via Nova Poshta and send us the tracking number (TTN).
Important:
If the return is due to our error (wrong model, incorrect item, etc.), bluesunpv.com.ua will cover all delivery costs. In other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Product Inspection Upon Return:
Once we receive the return, the product undergoes a visual inspection. A Transfer Report and Inspection Report are prepared, and the process may be video recorded. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued using the same method the payment was made:
Bank transfer — refunded to the customer’s IBAN;
Cash payment — refunded in cash;
Bank card — refunded to the same card used for payment.
To process a bank transfer refund, please provide:
Full name
IBAN account number
Tax ID number
If the customer refuses the order without a valid reason after payment, and the seller incurs additional expenses (e.g., return shipping, storage), those costs may be deducted from the refund.
